We had booked this hotel for 2 Nights (6-7 Nov 2021) 3 days including breakfast. We had overnight travelling (10 hours by road) to reach at resort. We all were very much excited to check-in but as soon as we reached we found only gardener is there to welcome us. As diwali days were there but there were no lighting and even propery was not maintained(Very Dirty) even no dusting happend from many days. No Front desk Manager, No staff, even none of them available throughout the day. i say worst due to following reasons. --> No food available in the restaurant. --> No power supply for entire night and day. (Elecricity runs on generator only) -->There was Dirty water pouring from taps in washroom even you could not wash your face. --> Broken AC, no one will come to repair and even you can't complaint to anyone because no one is there at desk. --> Old, stained and smelly mattress and pillows. --> No intercom available. After the day trip when we back to the hotel in the night and discussing about next day's breakfast with manager(He was there for few minutes only) but he said your breakfast is not included and ran away. All in all we regretted booking this hotel..even the simplest of the simplest hotels have at least basic amenities. I urge Booking.com to Dilist this hotel and OYO group hotels have to revoke oyo status from this hotel.

I had been to this hotel Rainbow Retreat , lonavla with my family on the 14th August. As we entered this shady property I started getting red rashes on my body due to the dust and dirt in and around the rooms..The swimming pool water looked dirty...We had to call the staff and get the floor cleaned and furniture dusted ...There was no Hot water from the tap...we were given two buckets of hot water to take bath..At night around 3 am there was a loud noise ...I woke up in horror thinking that someone barged in to our room....it was the Ac front cover that was broken and hanging in there... When we complained about it in the morning none of their staff came to even see what had happened..After all the talking they changed our rooms...even in the new room it was stinking badly.. some kind of drainage smell..The worst was yet to come after around 2 PM on the next day..there wasnt any water in the taps even in the washrooms....we were disgusted that we had to use washrooms at Mapro property that is located adjacent to this property...Basic things like electricity and water supply were compromised...Even for dinner the food order had to given during the lunch time..All in all we regretted booking this hotel..even the simplest of the simplest hotels have at least basic amenities...

Aatithi Devo Bhava...... an entire new meaning to the phrase Had the worst travel experience this week end. we checked in to Hotel Rainbow Retreat lonavala on Saturday 14th Aug 2021. i say worst due to following resaons. 1. No food available in the restaurant, it will made for you only if you order 5/6hrs before. and no exotic food a simple aloo sabzi and dal too needs to be ordered in advance. 2. No power supply for entire night and day. 3. No drinking even in the toilet, the beckets will be provided to you after 8/9reminder. no water in the flush too so we had to use the Mapro washroom as the basic was not available at Rainbow retreat. 4. Rooms were full of dust and cobwebs even at the check-in time 5. Broken AC, noone will come to repair or even take note of it. 6. old, stained and smelly mattress and pillows. 7. crazy number of mosquitos and nothing will be provided for that. 8. No intercom available After all these issues when we were demanding things to the staff the hotel owner Mr. Poojari called us through staff phone. Who clearly mentioned that since he is a person of 45cr networth he thinks its beneath him to speak to his guests and being known to them. BUT HE STILL CLAIMS HE BELIVES ON AATITHI DEVO BHAVA

Extremely Pathetic Resort.

Visited this resort with 2families. 1. No restaurant or kitchen. Only limited dishes for dinner. Will be served by 8pm latest. No items can be ordered during the day. 2. No power for mini 12hrs in a day. No generator back up. Power goes at 5am and comes back at 7pm only so that you can have your dinner. 3. No water in the rooms for 2days no actions from the management. For washroom had to go to Mapro resort and use since no water in resort. Rooms conditions extremely poor. Only Television. No cable connections to watch anything. Worst experience of a lifetime.

This is an amazing property. The term Hospitality has it all in the property. A good vintage collection in lonavala. We all loved our stay at this resort. The staff very much helpful and calm. The food has an immense flavour of a proper hill station experience. 100% satisfactory
